Happy Easter, everyone!
How'd you spend your day?
I spent mine at a track meet.
In 45 degree weather.
With gale force winds.
And pouring rain.
Throwing discus.
In ankle-deep water.
In a slippery ring.
For four hours.
And then they cancelled the meet.
So, my horrible throws weren't counted.
But it was hilarious when we all realized it was Easter.
Beca: ... ZOMG, IT'S EASTER!!
Me: ... ZOMG!! EVERYONE!! WE GOTTA WIN THIS MEET!! FOR JESUUUUUUUUS!! >O
It was hysterical.
We were all hiding in the locker rooms (almost naked because we were so wet) for a while, before they decided, "Screw it, we're cancelling".
